This Agreement is between the Customer (“Customer”) and Makerce Inc. (“Makerce”) and outlines the terms and conditions of sale.
1. Initial terms are established as PRE-PAID, C.O.D. MONEY ORDER, or CERTIFIED CHECK, CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.
2. In the event of a bounced payment, products will be reclaimed, and transactions will be immediately terminated.
3. Makerce will not accept any returns except in cases of product defects, in which case, products will be exchanged for credit.
4. Products purchased from Makerce must be displayed in consultation with our marketing team.
5. Marketing consent for the store, including address, and photos of the store's interior and exterior, is required.

### Return Policy
1. The return period is set to 3 or 5 business days.
2. Returns must include photos of the product at first receipt, photos of the internal and external packaging, product photos, and UPC code photos.
3. Products must be returned in their original individual quantities.
4. Returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or change of mind are not accepted.
5. If a return or exchange is required due to a mistake, the Customer must complete and submit the provided exchange and return report form within 3 days.
6. Makerce will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect products.By signing this Agreement, the Customer understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
