We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Please ensure that you keep the received carton intact without disposing of it for

2. Missing or Damaged Products:
- In case of missing or damaged products, a claim must be filed with the carrier.
- Claims must be submitted within the specified time and must meet the claim
report requirements.
- Failure to comply with these requirements or delays in filing the claim may result
in the issue being regarded as an internal incident.
3. Defective Products:
- If products are found to be defective, a recall claim can be made within 30 days.
- The claim should include both photographs and the original product in its original
packaging.
- We will arrange for pickup or provide a return shipping label for recalled items.
4. Examples of Recall Reasons:
- Cream Products: Issues such as water separation, color change, coagulation,
unusual odor, or foreign substances.
- Gel Products: Issues visibly evident such as water separation, color change,
coagulation, unusual odor, or foreign substances.
- Liquid Products: Issues such as color change, unusual odor, or coagulation.
- Solid Products: Issues such as unremovable foreign substances, deformed
shape, damage, broken parts, or missing components.
- Other: Requests can be made with photographs and the original product for
confirmation.
